Nursery and Reception performed a lovely version of the Nativity story.
We were totally overwhelmed by the very creative entries for our Olympic dish homework competition! It gave the teachers a very tough job deciding on an overall winner! We had some class winners who recieved a 2012 pin badge, 4 highly commended entries and an overall winner, whose entry has gone through to represent our school in the competition.

This week we have been creating patterns…can you work out what our patterns are?
Reception enjoyed reading the story ‘Pumpkin Soup’ by Helen Cooper. 
We carved our own pumpkin and made pumpkin soup…It was yummy!!!
The PTA would like to invite Nursery and Reception parents to an informal “Meet the PTA” session, next Friday 30th September.
The aim of the meeting is to introduce ourselves and give you some details about what we do and our plans for events (for both parents and children) during this coming school year.
We will be holding the meeting from 2.45pm to 3.15pm, next Friday 30th September, in the school Nursery. There will be tea and coffee and biscuits, so please bring along your younger children / babies to the session, all are most welcome!
