Year 6
Dear All,
Welcome back after the Easter Break.
I cannot believe we are here in the Summer Term already! We have a busy and action packed term ahead of us. Year 6 will prepare for their secondary school journey this term with their teachers for September coming to visit us and they will participate in a Step Up programme of activities that will help them to prepare. Please take a look at our Summer Term curriculum letter, which will keep you up to date with information and key dates for this term.
This term, is always one that fills me with a mixture of emotions as we come to the end of our Year 6 journey. Teaching your child and watching how much they have grown both socially and academically since September fills me with such pride and I know my job is done. However, we still have a few weeks to go with so much to do and learn including the SATs tests, which I know all of the children will be amazing at!
