I see these birds regularly in my garden. Just beautiful.
RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch
It's time to take part. What will you see this week?
Count the birds you see in your garden or from your window for one hour between 29 and 31 January. Have a look at the type of birds you might see, make a bird fat ball or put out other food. Most importantly try to get out for a walk. Stop, listen and look out for as many different types of birds.
Don't forget to send your data to the RSPB Great Garden Bird Watch.
Children's Mental Health Week
Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021. This year's theme is Express Yourself.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.
Dress to Express Day
On Friday 5 February I am asking the children to express themselves by wearing a colourful outfit for the day, they could wear their favourite colour or choose a range of colours that express how they’re feeling. You could even dress to express your hair as well.
I look forward to seeing you on Friday's live lesson dressed to express.
More ideas and resources can be found here: https://www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk/
During Children's Mental Health Week, have fun by expressing yourself in seven different ways over seven days.
The themes are:
