Hello everyone, yesterday you wrote a Haiku poem. Today we are going to write cinquain poems.
- Watch the video below which explains how to write a cinquain.
- Your cinquain can be about anything you like: favourite food, favourite sport, favourite animal, weather, your pet or even a family member - it could even be about something you don't like!
- Like yesterday brainstorm powerful words and adjectives for your chosen subject before you begin.
- If you have time, write another cinquain about a different subject.
They are fun to write and I like the diamond shape they make! You could even illustrate your poems.
