Well done to our Yr6 as they have now completed their SATS. As this has been going on all week the other classes have been making fruit salads, planting, creating rainforest pictures and of course performing on stage. The Yr3/4 classes put on a wonderful, magical performance of Wiz, Wham, Alakazam to packed audiences.

Our Yr2 class shared their learning to a packed hall this morning and then invited the parents and family members back to the classroom for an art lesson. It was lovely to hear about how they learnt from mistakes and the area of learning they were proud of.

Bingo Night Friday 17th May. There is still the opportunity to order food today. It promises to be a great night.

We are still accepting the Silver Smarties and anything for Phil the Bag (recycled clothes etc)

Remember the money raised by PTA events goes towards reducing the cost of trips.

    Without their funds we would:

    • Have to ask for on average £6 extra per trip.  Therefore volunteering just a few hours of your time is well worth it.
    • Not be able to teach the Computing curriculum effectively, as they have purchased our new Chrome Books

    Kitchen

The School Council requested an 'Open Burger Day' for lunch one day as a special treat and we are delighted that Mrs O'Neill has organised this for next Thursday 16th May. A selection of meat and veggie burgers will be on offer with all the trimmings, rather than the normal published menu
