Fri 30 Nov 2018 Mr Rose

Thanks to everyone who organised and helped at our Winter Wonderland Fair. It was a great success both in the money that it raised and the positive experience it created around school.

The Christmas cards and gifts you ordered should be arriving home today. Our thanks to Mrs West for organising this fund raising activity.

As the weather is changing please ensure your child comes to school appropriately dressed for the cold and wet.

    Staffing

We are sad to announce that two members of staff will be leaving us at the end of this term.

Mrs Unwin, who has been with us for many years as a teaching assistant and Lexia coordinator and Mrs Steadman who has been our Reception teacher in the past and is currently our SENCO.

Both have been valuable members of our team and we wish them well in their future endeavours.

We are very fortunate to have Mrs Billing, already on staff, who will be taking on the role of SENCO from next term.

A special mention this week goes to Year 1 who have had 100% attendance for the past 5 days.

    information and the costs involved.

    PTA News

Christmas cards should be coming home today, please remember that this does raise money for our school and ultimately our children.

Our Winter Wonderland is fast approaching (24th November) please let us know if you can help before or during this event.  Again funds this year will be used to reduce the cost of school trips (sometimes as much as £6 per child) this allows the school to go ahead with exciting and educational experiences.
